- Develop and optimize beverage formulations aligned with customer, market, and regulatory requirements.
- Independently manage technical projects from concept through commercialization.
- Support strategic customer accounts with application expertise and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Design and execute laboratory and pilot plant experiments.
- Demonstrate ingredient technologies through innovative beverage concepts.
