About the Role IBM Japan Digital Services Company (IJDS) is hiring an Application Engineer to contribute to large-scale projects across the country. You will be involved in all phases, from upstream requirements definition to design, development, testing and operation, with potential to take on project lead roles if you have leadership experience. What You'll Do
- Work on projects across various industries, participating in all phases from requirements definition through design, development, testing and post-release operation.
- Contribute to open systems, hosting and digital transformation (cloud/mobile/RPA, etc.) projects; participate in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce) development.
- When capable, take on the role of project lead, responsible for project management and technical aspects.
