About the Role The APeX Application Analyst serves as the primary support contact and expert for the APeX Willow application in a billing-focused role. They work under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager to configure, build and install the application, and to coordinate issues that arise during project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Analyze workflows and understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the application.
- Perform in-depth investigation and documentation of operational specifications and application functionality.
- Analyze new releases to determine how workflow should be modified.
- Build and populate databases and tables during initial system configuration.
- Conduct system testing and conversion data validation.
