About the Role
The Anatomic Pathology Training Coordinator will plan, develop, implement, and administer programs that enhance employee knowledge, technical competency, and professional development within the Anatomic Pathology Department. This role serves as the primary coordinator for the Histology Training Program, supporting students from enrollment through successful course completion and licensure/certification readiness. What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate the Histology (HT/HTL) training program and curriculum development
- Collaborate with Department Director and leadership to identify training needs and development plans
- Facilitate training for current hires, interns, and students through enrollment to completion and licensure readiness
- Deliver training using methods such as 1:1, classroom, and TEAMS; ensure regulatory compliance with state requirements
