About the Role The Anatomic Pathology Supervisor has the overall responsibility for planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and/or operational activities and personnel in the Anatomic Pathology department. The supervisor is responsible for meeting quality assurance, safety, and accreditation requirements in the laboratory and oversees projects delegated by the Director of Laboratory Operations or Medical Laboratory Director. This role is based in our Aliso Viejo, CA lab and supports a 24-hour operation as needed. What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Anatomic Pathology laboratory and supervise technical and support staff.
- Initiate and monitor quality control and quality assurance programs; ensure regulatory compliance and document corrective actions.
