About the Role The FP&A Analyst within the FP&A team provides analytical support and financial insights to dedicated functions and the organization. They ensure control, coordination and management of financial data for management reports, budgeting, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses. What You'll Do
- Generate and maintain revenue reports for management and budget owners, ensuring data integrity through reconciliation across ERP, CRM, and financial reporting tools.
- Work closely with the business line managers to execute the monthly management forecasting process for revenues and expenses.
- Compare actuals to forecasts, budgets and prior periods. Identify and explain variances, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Contribute to the execution of the annual budget for both revenues and expenses.
- Monitor and report on operational risks and opportunities.
