About this role
About the Role The Sales Support Analyst provides administrative, operational, and analytical support to TransUnion's sales organization, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate data management and efficient service to internal and external customers. This is a hybrid role with regular in-office time and remote work at an assigned TU location for at least two days per week. What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization.
- Coordinate activities and processes with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and maintain sales data and databases accurately and timely.
- Follow up on processes related to sales, quotes, contracts, billing, and customer accounts.
- Support administration and updating of information in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
