Job title: Analyst, Global Data Compliance
About the Role The Analyst, Global Data Compliance will support the firm’s data integrity by reviewing and updating timekeeper and client/matter updates in the 3E financial system, and coordinating with Legal and Administrative Staff regarding Time and Cost entries. The role requires strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and reports to the Supervisor, Global Pricing and Data Compliance.
What You'll Do
- Time and cost entry corrections, deletions and removal of duplicate entries in 3E.
- Process client and matter related modifications ensuring compliance with Global Pricing Guidelines.
- Review and action corrections of automated time and cost loads.
- Review inquiries and follow up with appropriate parties.
- Update timekeeper records including billing rates.
