About the Role DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Analyst, Exit – Global, based in Manila, Philippines. The role supports end-to-end employee offboarding within Global Services HR, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing while delivering a positive employee experience. It offers an opportunity to build foundational HR operations expertise in a regional shared services environment. What You'll Do
- Execute end-to-end employee exit transactions, including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract closures, in line with established procedures
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards
- Partner with payroll, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to support timely and seamless offboarding
