O que é esperado de seu papel como Analista Suporte TI Jr:
- Monitorar o sistema de tickets de acordo com os incidentes;
- Fornecer suporte primário dos serviços internos da ZF aos colaboradores, utilizando telefone, acesso remoto, chat ou orientações prontas;
- Manter comunicação com os colaboradores da ZF, time e gestores de TI;
