Description
- As a Health & Benefits Analyst, you will support projects for large and complex clients while managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will develop your expertise in employee benefits and insurance solutions, helping deliver high-quality client service and supporting the development of benefits strategies tailored to clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects.
- Deliver high levels of client service in line with established operating procedures and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in the health insurance market for both individual and SME clients.
