Misión u objetivo: Apoyar en brindar el servicio ofertado gestionando los procesos, solicitudes, movimientos, aclaraciones y requerimientos del negocio establecido, permitiendo el cumplimiento de tiempos y satisfacción en la atención de los clientes.
Función - Responsabilidad: 1.- Atender la cuenta asignada ofreciendo un servicio personalizado para atender todas las solicitudes dentro de los tiempos establecidos. (30%) 2.- Facilitar la relación y comunicación con el cliente para los diversos temas que se requieran. (30%) 3.- Alimentar el tablero de control con el fin de monitorear y gestionar las desviaciones en conjunto con los responsables para la oportuna toma de decisiones. (20%)
