- Desarrollar y gestionar el presupuesto, incluyendo la estructura de desglose de costos (CBS) y procesamiento de cambios y reasignaciones.
- Implementar y mantener sistemas y herramientas de control de costos para rastrear gastos en tiempo real.
- Registrar y analizar todos los costos incurridos en comparación con el presupuesto y realizar análisis de variación de costos.
