- Liderazgo end-to-end en proyectos de banca móvil, desde la conceptualización con áreas de negocio hasta despliegue productivo y seguimiento post-liberación.
- Diseño y validación de arquitectura de soluciones robustas e integraciones con terceros.
- Definición, documentación y gobierno de apis REST.
- Coordinación transversal con distintas áreas de sistemas para alinear dependencias, resolver bloqueos y asegurar entregas en tiempo.
- Gestión proactiva de riesgos del proyecto: identificación, planes de mitigación, escalamiento oportuno y comunicación a stakeholders.
