About the Role IBM's Global Mobility team is seeking an Americas Immigration Program Manager to join the Raleigh, NC area. The role focuses on creating, developing, and delivering immigration processes for North America and South America, with a focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience and adding value to global immigration processes through analysis and stakeholder advisory. What You'll Do
- Own Americas immigration processes; serve as point of contact for North America and South America immigration matters.
- Manage immigration (visa/work permit) services to ensure assignees have required visas and paperwork.
- Collaborate with immigration counsel to track, prepare, and maintain cases (e.g., F-1, H-1B, PERM, green cards).
- Track critical immigration deadlines and initiate follow-ups in a timely manner.
