About the Role BlackRock is seeking an Aladdin Client Transformations, Trading Director to lead and own Aladdin implementation programs for client organizations, translating client objectives into actionable Aladdin configurations and workflows. What You'll Do
- Develop an understanding of client objectives and deliver effective solutions utilizing Aladdin.
- Engage client stakeholders to document business requirements aligned with transformation goals.
- Partner with internal and external implementation teams to redesign and deploy strategic trading workflows.
- Lead and provide strong leadership with the client’s senior management during Aladdin implementations.
- Create and administer the implementation project plan, coordinating resources across multiple functional areas.
