About the Role Este puesto es para un AJUSTADOR de Siniestros en Quálitas, basado en Saltillo. El objetivo es evaluar y gestionar reclamos de asegurados, asegurando procesos transparentes y eficientes y manteniendo la satisfacción del cliente. What You'll Do
- Evaluar daños y coberturas de siniestros de automóviles y otros bienes de acuerdo con las pólizas vigentes.
- Recopilar información de clientes, peritos, talleres y otros actores del proceso; preparar expedientes completos.
- Coordinar inspecciones, estimaciones y liquidaciones; calcular indemnizaciones y derivar acciones necesarias.
- Informar a los asegurados sobre el estado de sus reclamos y resolver consultas.
- Colaborar con equipos de Siniesros y ventas para cerrar casos de manera oportuna. What We're Looking For
- Experiencia previa en ajuste de siniestros, preferentemente en seguros de autos.
