About this role
AIX Systems Administrator
In this role you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining AIX operating system environments for external market clients.
- Providing day-to-day administration and support of AIX operating systems within a corporate client environment, ensuring high availability and performance
- Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents and service requests related to AIX infrastructure, following ITIL best practices and agreed SLAs
- Monitoring system health, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing patches and updates to ensure stability and security
- Collaborating closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective infrastructure solutions
