- Operational processing: planning and handling air freight shipments including customs clearance as well as complete document review and forwarding.
- Administration: maintenance of order-related data in the TMS (Cargowise C1) and performing invoicing, invoice checking, and tracking.
- Quality & Control: monitor relevant KPIs, especially turnaround time targets, to ensure smooth and timely processing.
- Communication: telephone and written correspondence with customers, service partners and overseas organizations including handling complaints.
