AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist
You'll spend your days teaching and then sitting right next to the people you train, owning the space between what gets taught in a course and what people actually need to solve on the ground.
About the role
This is a hinge role at the intersection of teaching and fieldwork inside organizations. You'll deliver trainings recurrently, week after week, while staying in direct contact with the people you teach to understand their real problems and help bring solutions down to earth. You won't just stand in front of a class. You'll navigate a large part of the organization, work side by side with the people you're training, and act as the bridge between what's taught and what people actually need. You'll detect problems, surface opportunities, and pass them to the team so they can be worked on.
