The successful candidate will ensure optimal crop and livestock production while maintaining compliance with agricultural best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all farming activities.
- Develop and implement annual farm production plans and budgets.
- Manage crop cultivation, livestock production, irrigation, and harvesting activities.
- Supervise farm workers and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitor soil health, fertilizer application, pest and disease control.
