¿Cuál será tu misión en Aprende Institute?
- Realizar llamadas salientes (cold calling) con enfoque consultivo.
- Comprender profundamente nuestros programas y comunicar su valor de manera efectiva.
- Gestionar el cierre de ventas de forma empática, estratégica y con visión de resultados.
- Mantener actualizado el CRM con cada interacción.
- Superar metas individuales y colaborar con tu equipo para lograr objetivos globales.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?
- Ser bachiller graduado.
- Experiencia en call center 12 meses en ventas intangibles (preferiblemente).
- Habilidades en negociación, persuasión y cierre de ventas.
- Actitud comercial y enfoque en cumplimiento de metas.
- Contar con computador diadema y conexión estable a internet.
