About this role
About the Role You will be responsible for dedicated professional agencies, consulting with them to contribute to sales through planning and proposals. Direct sales to individuals or corporations are not part of this role. You will manage multiple agencies, devise sales strategies, and contribute to revenue, earning trust and pride from agency partners. In the mid-to-long term, the role may involve higher-demand market development and recruiting/ training trainees who will become future specialized agencies. You will learn insurance products and business processes through training and on-the-job experience. What You'll Do
