After Sales Specialist Service / Nachmarkt (m/w/d)
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Milking Expertise: Fachliche Beratung zu Melkeinstellungen (Vakuum, Pulsation) sowie Zitzengummi-Auswahl und ‑Optimierung
- Service-Konzepte: Unterstützung unserer Händler bei Service-Kits, Servicekonfigurator und der Erstellung von Serviceangeboten für Landwirte
- Händlerbetreuung im Nachmarkt mit Fokus auf:
- Hygieneprodukte und ‑konzepte
- Liner & Verschleißteile
- Digitale Lösungen (DairyNet Modul‑ und Lizenzverwaltung, Nedap, Cloud‑Datenpflege)
- Ersatzteile & Pricing (in Abstimmung mit Order Desk, Ansprechpartner für alle Belange des Nachmarkt Geschäftes)
- Zusammenarbeit mit Herdenmanagement und 2nd Level Support zur ganzheitlichen Betriebsoptimierung
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zum GEA Headquarter in Bönen (DE) für After‑Sales‑Themen, Produkt‑ und Serviceabstimmungen
