About the Role You're the full-time Sales Leader responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while upholding AEO's values and authentic service. What You'll Do
- Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
- Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
- Lead and motivate the team, hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs.
