Advertising Review Principal (Marketing Compliance)
6 month contract to hire
Hybrid – Tempe, AZ or Fort Mill, SC
Required Qualifications
- Series 7 and 24 are required
- Must have performed redline day to day regulatory reviews of marketing content by applying FINRA 2210 and SEC regulations (preferably on advisor created content)
- Prior Advertising Review experience within financial services.
- Marketing compliance background.
- Working knowledge of FINRA/SEC advertising regulations.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make sound compliance decisions.
- Candidates should be experienced enough to "hit the ground running."
Estimated Min Rate: $31.50 Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
