About this role
About the Role The Technical Diagnostic Specialist supports service readiness for incoming new products and for the transfer of products and processes to sustaining teams. You will work closely with engineering during the assembly, documentation, and testing of new products and processes, execute test protocols, document results, evaluate new manufacturing process instructions, and provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing operations. You will assist with developing and maintaining tooling, fixtures, and a clean, well-organized workspace, with a strong sense of shared responsibility and commitment to high product quality. What You'll Do
- Enterprise subject matter expert capable of solving highly complex technical issues and influencing organizational practices.
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) line support for FA, Repair, and Final Test of products.
