About the Role Lead quality and reliability activities for cross-functional project teams (NPD, Product Support, Value Engineering) to meet time-to-market, cost, and performance goals. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing to translate customer needs into robust product requirements and drive quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Serve as the project team lead for Quality and Reliability, driving process improvements.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications in collaboration with Engineering and Marketing.
- Support the product design process, including benchmarking and testing of concepts and prototypes.
- Develop and execute test procedures to validate product specifications and reliability readiness.
