About the Role
The Admissions Consultant will assist in converting enrollment inquiries to qualified applicants at Regent University. This position is a sales-driven role in a blended inbound and outbound call center. The role requires effective professional communication and excellent customer service while guiding prospective students through Regent University's admissions processes. What You'll Do
- Represent Regent University as a general recruiter for all undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Advise prospective students on program fit and admissions requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of admissions processes, financial aid, costs, transfer guidelines, licensure guidelines, military benefits, and other resources.
- Manage high volumes of outbound and inbound calls and maintain confidential student records using appropriate technology (CRM, Microsoft Suite, etc.).
