Admin & Logistics Intern
Locations: Abuja, Kano and Lagos
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
- Fleet management: Monitor and Track all Project Vehicles on the CoTrac GPS Platform
- Review all Vehicle Logbooks to ensure all trips are completely and correctly captured
- Update all Vehicle Fuel Trackers and TotalEnergies Fuel Platform
- Complete monthly vehicle use report and submit to the Operations Manager
- Escalate any vehicle misuse to the Operations Manager
- Establish preventative maintenance schedules for all vehicles, ensuring timely servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Ensure all vehicles have valid up-to-date licences, insurance, permits (in line with states/local government regulations) and registrations, and planning ahead with the drivers to ensure timely renewals
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle operating cost to reduce operational and maintenance expenses
