Adjunct Instructor of Music: Voice
About this role
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include weekly private lessons; facilitating a positive culture within the music department; preparing students for juries, recitals, and ensemble performances; and working with students to attain the required level of performance proficiency within a multi-year, developmental curriculum. It is expected the instructor will help recruit students and attend juries and recitals to provide realistic assessments of student performances. The successful candidate should demonstrate and support a commitment and sensitivity to diversity, gender equity, and equal opportunity. Possible assignment to teach additional courses in the area of expertise
