About the Role
The University of Cincinnati College of Law seeks lawyers and judges to teach a Legal Ethics course to students on a part-time basis during Fall 2026. Adjunct faculty bring practical experience to teaching the lawyer–client relationship and the ethical components of professional conduct, with instruction aligned to ABA Model Rules and the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct. Adjuncts are part-time, non-tenure/tenure-track employees, and appointments are made for specific courses during specific semesters with renewal based on departmental need and teaching performance.
What You'll Do
- Prepare for your course, including syllabus creation, selecting teaching materials, choosing books for student purchase, preparing course materials and assessments/exams, and devising lesson plans.
