About the Role AD/ADAS field quality development engineer responsible for collecting warranty information from multiple countries, performing on-site investigations with suppliers as needed, identifying root causes and driving system/part improvements within the global quality assurance framework. What You'll Do
- Obtain warranty-related information on AD/ADAS from global quality assurance teams and countries
- Perform initial analysis using accumulated vehicle data and historical data to identify root causes and draft improvement plans, coordinating with suppliers as necessary
- Manage overall improvements by coordinating with system/part owners and driving cross-functional actions
- Prepare technical reports on repair methods for existing vehicles and support overseas defect analysis activities
- Utilize vehicle data to analyze failure modes and forecast future issues
