What You'll Do
- Serves as a “single point of contact” for ADA, leave management, FMLA, and STD/LTD claims management with managers and HR representatives.
- Provides consultation on employee stay-at-work or return-to-work readiness and ADA considerations.
- Manage employer–employee–physician interactions; obtain forms, explain Unum roles, and facilitate discussions to reach agreed plans.
- Obtain/review medical information to recommend worksite modifications and identify possible modifications.
