About the Role This part-time, on-site role at Acima in Cedar Park, TX supports the Store Manager by driving sales and delivering a positive Leasing-to-Own shopping experience. You’ll help customers, assist with account handling, and ensure smooth daily operations in a retail environment. What You'll Do
- Drive sales and help the store meet targets
- Greet and assist customers, provide product information and solutions
- Assist with account management and basic administrative tasks
- Support daily store operations, merchandising, and cash handling as needed What We're Looking For
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Organized with good time-management and prioritization
- Ability to work evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $14-$16 per hour
