About the Role Williams & Connolly LLP is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a small AP team under the Accounts Payable Manager. The role supports accurate, on-time vendor payments, maintains the AP module in Aderant, and collaborates with Billing and Treasury to uphold client service and financial integrity.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor three Accounts Payable Assistants and coordinate all aspects of the AP function, including invoice review/approval, vendor setup/maintenance, and high-volume vendor uploads (couriers, hotels, transportation).
- Review daily payment runs for accuracy and compliance; maintain and optimize the AP module in Aderant (ERP).
