About the Role The Accounting Manager will run day-to-day financial operations for Reliant Coffee LLC in Davie, FL, working with the executive team to own financial statement prep, cash management, AP, AR, and inventory control. This role offers growth into a Controller-level position and hands-on ownership of the department.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (vendor invoicing, coding, expense allocation, and timely payment processing).
- Directly supervise Accounts Receivable/Collections staff; ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and proper application of receipts; review aging reports.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts; ensure GAAP compliance.
- Oversee cash receipts and disbursements; monitor cash flow and reserve levels to meet operational requirements.
