Job title: Account Manager — Remote (Australia)
ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its remote team and support commercial and enterprise clients across ANZ.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and enterprise clients
- Drive long-term adoption of ElevenLabs products
- Monitor customer usage to identify improvement and revenue growth opportunities
- Own account renewals and expansion
- Measure and improve customer satisfaction and overall experience
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a SaaS company
- Proven track record managing renewals and account expansion
- Experience with AI, voice technology, or emerging technology platforms is preferred
