Account Manager Life Science Research
About this role
The Account Manager Life Science Research located in Dresden, Saxony, Germany, represents Cepheid and is responsible for deploying, coordinating, and leveraging our Leica team of Advanced Workflow Specialists, Product Sales Specialists, Marketing colleagues, and Channel Partners to ensure customers engage with the right people at the right times. You will be the decision-maker on how we serve customers in the defined geographic account area, manage opportunities and the sales funnel proactively to produce accurate forecasts for business planning, and be customer-facing and proactive, with an expectation to be on-site with customers three days a week. Regular weekly reporting on the sales funnel and other key metrics is required. The role reports to the responsible sales manager and is part of the Central Europe Sales Team. The position is fully remote to cover the specified sales region.
