About the Role The Accessioning Team Runner is an on-site position based in Austin, TX responsible for collecting, sorting, and transporting packages to the Accessioning laboratory. This role supports efficient shipment handling within the clinical data workflow and requires working onsite in our Austin location. What You'll Do
- Sort and transport packages from the Shipping dock to the Accessioning laboratory.
- Pick up packages from the receptionist’s desk.
- Scan all tracking numbers into a Google spreadsheet and ensure that tracking numbers are scanned correctly and the spreadsheet is filled out completely.
- Distribute packages to the Clinical Data Operators (CDO) in a timely and efficient manner following distribution guidelines. What We're Looking For
- Availability to work onsite in Austin, TX.
- Ability to sort, move, and transport packages accurately and efficiently.
