About the Role The Access & Reimbursement Manager, NPS Immunology is a remote & field-based role focused on providing access and reimbursement support within the New Haven, CT geography. The ARM serves as the local market access expert on payer policy coverage, multi-channel acquisition pathways, billing and coding, claims processing, and reimbursement, and integrates manufacturer support programs into account workflows. The role requires problem solving, analysis of access and reimbursement issues, and proactive communication of changes in the healthcare landscape, while partnering with NPC field teams and coordinating cross-functionally within NPC.
