About the Role Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Forschungsprojekte in Flintbek; Planung, Optimierung und Ressourcensteuerung in Abstimmung mit Projektleitungen; Verantwortung für Prozessimplementierung und Weiterentwicklung; Realisierung von Funktionsmustern und Prototypen zur Vorbereitung auf Serienfertigung eigener Produkte; Förderung der Personalentwicklung. - Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung Forschungsprojekte
- Planung und Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes in Abstimmung mit den Projektleitungen
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessverantwortlichen
- Steuerung der Realisierung von Funktionsmustern und Prototypen zur Vorbereitung auf die Serienfertigung eigener Produkte
