Job Summary
Provides Nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to escrow and title closings.
Job Responsibilities Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation Work may be done in an office, title plant or remotely traveling to court houses, municipalities and other government entities to perform the searches Primarily focused on residential transactions Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
