About the Role A2R DS Senior Team Lead is part of the Global Services Finance team within the GS Finance Accounting process area, located in Bangalore, India. This role supports the complete and accurate accounting for all transactions and ensures timely closing while aligning with laws and Johnson & Johnson Credo. You will join a global network of finance professionals across 60+ countries and contribute to improving financial processes and customer experience. What You'll Do
- Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
- Maintain Operational Excellence.
- Execute accounting and daily operations for GSF Accounting process area.
- Ensure timely closing and perform balance sheet reconciliations; monitor ageing and reconcile out-of-balance items as needed.
