About this role
About the Role 3rd Shift Production Associate at the Fond du Lac Container Facility. You will begin training on the 1st shift and must be available on all three shifts to cover overtime. This is a full-time, hourly role with a starting pay of $22.85 per hour and a pay range after training of $23.87 to $28.95 per hour, depending on the job performed. A sign-on bonus of $500 after 30 days and another $500 after 6 months is offered. The 3rd shift is 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with overtime and Saturdays as needed. What You'll Do
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Run and maintain large machines in a safe manner
- Read factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math (read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment)
- Perform consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Maintain good housekeeping
