About the Role Cooper Farms is seeking a 3rd shift Hatch Team Member for Hatchery 1 in Oakwood, Ohio. This onsite, full-time role supports transferring eggs, pulling hatch, and cleaning/disinfecting processing areas as part of a small team. The shift runs 7:00pm–6:00am, five days per week with rotating weekdays and weekends; starting pay is $18.95/hour with potential to increase to $19.20 after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses and comprehensive training. What You'll Do
- Transferring eggs and pulling hatch as instructed
- Cleaning and/or disinfecting processing room, walls, holding room, incubators and loading bays
- Setting up processing line and assisting in the loading of poult trucks What We're Looking For
- Must be 18+
- Able to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
