About this role
About the Role Position is responsible for the category management, supplier relationship management, value delivery, sustainability & resiliency of assigned categories with $100M+ in spend and a team of 1-3 direct reports. This role focuses on developing strategic sourcing plans, driving supply resilience, and delivering continuous improvement and innovation to support Hershey's business needs. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and management of category strategy, strategic sourcing plans, and execution to ensure supply resilience, contingency planning (BCPs), and a multi-year roadmap for continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability.
- Refresh category strategy at least every 12 months to ensure competitive advantage and alignment with current business needs.
