About the Role Provide HR tools to leaders that support employee experience through KPIs and follow up for better decisions. What You'll Do
- Onboarding follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid)
- Support offboarding process (resignation letter, checklist, technician exit interview)
- KPI Generation and follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid, turnover, absenteeism, low performance)
- Administrative activities for temporary compensations
- Disciplinary policy follow up
- Dashboard HR What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar. This vacancy is exclusively for students currently pursuing their academic studies.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
- English advanced (Min. 80%)
- Desirable knowledge of Google tools
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Organized
