- Ensure total operation is compliant with state and federal regulations (e.g., FDA approved Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain high production standards and facility compliance.
- Maintain high level of customer service and positive donor experience in line with company values.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and professional environment.
- Review and confirm donor identification and maintain donor confidentiality.
