About the Role The Senior Specialist will apply data science and AI techniques to support data quality initiatives and Ataccama-based data governance at Novartis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility to enable data-driven decision making. What You'll Do
- Own and implement data science and AI solutions to improve data quality and enable trusted analytics.
- Work with the Ataccama data governance platform to configure rules, workflows, data quality checks, and lineage.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data stewards, and business partners across functions.
- Validate model outputs, monitor data quality metrics, and drive continuous improvements. -Provide technical guidance and support to data quality initiatives across projects. What We're Looking For
